Repossession Process

Quotes and Pricing

Since every case is different we do not have set pricing for our services. The cost of a repossession is based on milage/location, difficulty to locate, and the type of vehicle. After pick up we provide 10 days free storage $20/day after that. If you are interested in getting a quote for the service you can call or email us.

If you are interested in using us as your Houston Recovery Agency we make it easy. Below you will find the documentation you will need to send via email to our repossession agent.

  • Copy of the Title (Electronic will work) and it has to match the company of individuals name
  • Copy of the Lease agreement, buyers order or bill of sale signed by the debtor at purchase.
  • Complete and signed repossession order form (below)
What to expect next?

If you have submitted a repo request to us and we are actively working your account you can expect results in as little as next day. Our repo agents work hard day and night to find your collateral. As our line of work is very dangerous, we ask for your cooperation and patience if an account is taking longer than expected. We will usually run the address provided and get a report back to you if we were unable to retrieve the vehicle.

After a vehicle is picked up, Texas regulation is to report the repossession to the police department and bring it back to our storage facility. The debtor is entitled to all of their belongings inside the vehicle, but they will need to make an appointment with the office. We will send a condition report of the vehicle at request along with photos of any damage caused by the debtor. From there, you can set up transport directly from our storage facility or we can tow the vehicle to a local auction service for a fee of $150.

Thank you for choosing us as your Houston Repossession Company! We look forward to working with you in the future!
